Consumer rights under applicable law may provide additional
protections; where this Policy offers more favourable terms, those
terms apply. Business customers may be subject to separate agreements.
Physical goods
Unused textile items and accessories may be returned within
fourteen days of delivery in their original packaging, provided
hygiene seals remain intact where applicable. Items must be free
of stains, odours, or signs of use.
Custom-cut or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return
unless they arrived damaged or materially different from the
written specification.
Packaging and shipping
Please pack returns securely to avoid damage in transit. We
recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage
until the return is processed.
If the return is lost before it reaches us, we may ask for proof
of shipment to assist with your carrier claim.
Service sessions
Consultations and on-site reviews may be rescheduled once without
charge when notice is given at least forty-eight hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be
charged at the agreed hourly rate for the reserved block.
Deposits or prepayments, if any, are handled according to the
invoice or written confirmation for that booking.
Refund processing
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method
within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods at our studio
or warehouse address noted on your invoice. We may delay the
refund until we receive the goods or proof of return, where
permitted by law.
Shipping costs for returned items are borne by the consumer unless
the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges
Where you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will confirm
availability and any price difference before proceeding. Exchanges
follow the same inspection and hygiene rules as returns.
Defective items
Report visible defects within seven days of delivery with
photographs. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund where
the defect is confirmed.
Normal wear and tear after delivery is not considered a defect.
Non-returnable items
Digital downloads, personalised items produced after your
approval, or goods marked as final sale on the invoice may not be
returnable unless required by law.
International orders
When goods are shipped outside Finland, customs duties, taxes, and
import fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Returns from abroad may incur additional documentation; we will
help clarify steps when you contact us.
